Use Forgot password and enter your email. If an account exists, you will get a link to choose a new password. The link expires after a short time; request a new one if it does.

Sign in, open My account, and choose Set up two-step sign-in. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app and enter the 6-digit code. Administrators must have it on to use the admin console.

An administrator can reset two-step sign-in on your account after confirming it is you. Contact your organization's administrator, or use the contact details on the OSF record. Administrators' two-step sign-in can only be reset by the owner.

Check spam and promotions folders and wait a minute. Then request a new email; for security we always show the same message whether or not the address has an account.

Choose Manage billing above (or in My account). You can switch plans, update your card, download invoices and cancel. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period.

Sign in, open My account and choose Download installer. Run the installer, then follow the installation guide to protect your first repository. Everything runs on your computer.

Your plan sets the number of machines: Starter 1, Team 5, Team Plus 10, Business 25, Enterprise unlimited. The limit is written into your licence file. There is no limit on evaluations.

My account shows the SHA-256 fingerprint of the installer. On Windows, run Get-FileHash .\CovenantGate-Setup-*.exe in PowerShell and compare the two values. If they differ, do not run the file.

No. Earlier plans counted credits for online evaluation. Covenant Gate now runs only on your own computer, so evaluations are unlimited and nothing is metered.
